Originally ordered online as my local store were out of stock in my size. When the shoes arrived, they had stains all over the outside of the left shoe. The following day I went to my local Office Store to try exchange them and thankfully they now had some of the same shoes in my size so they exchanged them no trouble. It was a quick and easy process, no complaints. Obviously would’ve been better if the original pair arrived without stains, bur overall I’m happy with the shoes and very pleased with the customer service.

The website was easy to navigate, and the delivery was quick and efficient. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and are exactly as described. They're incredibly comfortable and look great. Office also does a handy Bluelight card discount which helps. I'm really impressed with the quality of the product and the overall shopping experience. I'll definitely be shopping with Office Shoes again in the future.

Such a versatile neutral trainer. Perfect for that smart casual look. Love these with a nice tailored trousers, t-shirt and trench. So so comfortable too. Just perfect!

Office ordering and delivery process were excellent and I received my items as described and on time.

I have These in mint green and neon pink as well… I have really wide feet and unlike the Samba, which I find really narrow These are really wide and super comfortable
