Parcel has been at the local depot for 5 days and they tried to say I had requested a delay. That is a total lie so asked for evidence and they then said it was because the depot was too busy! All of the 5 webchat agents have been absolutely useless and the agents on the phone tell just as many lies and won’t raise a complaint. I can honestly say that I will NEVER shop online with Office while Yodel are their chosen courier.

Shop assistant agreed they come up small and was able to provide next size. Disappointingly She would not match online purchase price. I went to a competitor who was happy to match price. Office lost the sale
