Vans Classic Slip On Trainers Black Mono

Rated 1 out of 5 by Stuart120420 from Poor quality and poor sizing I would not recommend these whatsoever. The fit is poor- length and width is fine but the fabric structure is so tight as to be quite uncomfortable. Also the elasticated panel on one has sharp ends that I had to remove. Considering these are basically plimsolls with a badge on them, the price tag suggests a premium quality; but in the end I picked up something very similar in 4ldi for £7 and they fitted perfectly. Office service has been good, as expected. But this is the second time I've tried Vans and it's the last time. All brand marketing, no quality control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Moowa from Fantastic I was a tad skeptical about copping these after reading the reviews on sizing, however I got my usual size and wasn't tight. As a Converse lover, I wasn't sure if I would love this fit however, so far so good, I am loving these so much so I've been wearing them every day since I got them. Easy to wear, no laces to tie and no rubbing on my back feet either. Just perfect....

However, on wearing it the first day I got terrible blisters on the back of my foot to the extent that i was just tiptoeing everywhere. I was distraught. But then after a few wears with thick socks, the back broke and they are now very comfortable amd suitable for long days

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hanj86 from Perfect fit, really stylish, go with anything! Worn these a few time now. Love Vans because they are slightly wider fitting so no rubbing if toes. My only tiny gripe is the elastic on the top can make the top of the foot a bit itchy but only if I've had them in for a long time. Would definitely recommend them though and will definitely be buying more to replace these when necessary.

I've bought vans before as they're so comfortable, however, I have had some troubles with the right shoe as the cut by the ankle seems to catch on my heel. Yet, this is only with one of the shoes so I'm hoping that they will break in with time as you should expect from any shoe.

The fact that the whole shoe including the soles are black makes them look sleeker and less like casual shoes. I've been wearing them every day for almost 3 weeks now and not a single complaint! highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by Clarethebear from Classic Vans for my teenager! Purchased these for my daughter online and received them promptly. Fab purchase and a couple of quid cheaper than I expected. These classic black slip on Vans look great with school uniform. My daughter needs a slightly wider fitting and I’m told these are really comfortable. Would certainly purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Luce27 from Size up Had to go a size up from my usual size. At first it felt super tight to put my feet in but once you ‘break’ into them it’s easy to put on and take off. I have wide feet and they felt fine. Not as comfortable as sketchers but I like them because they’re firm. Wear with socks/plasters to avoid blisters
