Nice shoe, terrible sizing
I bought this shoe in both black and brown and while it's a nice shoe, the sizing is terrible. I originally bought a size 8 in brown and I could barely get my foot in. I returned it and ordered a 9 in brown and it felt very loose. I knew it would have loosened further as the leather softened so I returned it as well.
On both pairs, the leather feels very stiff but I'd imagine it would soften with wear. The snaffle bit is one fixed piece and appears to be painted with a poor quality gold that would dull and mark easily. The snaffle bit on the brown pair had dulled and was scuffed already in the box so I can't imagine it would last very well. This is disappointing because the rest of the shoe feels well made but the quality drops on the key feature - the snaffle bit. I'm very disappointed. I returned both pairs because of the sizing and quality of the bit.

Poor sizing
Size 9 is usually European size 43. Office sent size 42 which was avery small 42. Extremelg disappointing. Unlikely to purchase fron Office again. Returns process very simple & refund sent same day

cheating me on refund
Shoes too small (I am always a regular size 6)and you did not give me enough refund. I paid £65.99 for the shoes plus 3.99 postage (£69.98) and I have only been refunded £63.04
