Vans Authentic Trainers True White

Rated 2 out of 5 by Joe Pursell from True white actually means light creamy yellow I’ve been buying authentic vans shoes for years. Love the shoe! This time I went for ‘True white’ but was quite surprised to find that true white actually means light creamy yellow. Significantly less white than the base of the shoe. So strange because I’m pretty sure I’ve had an actual white pair previously!? Maybe vans have changed something? Didn’t like the creamy colour so had to return. Otherwise still a great shoe but gave 2 stars as colour was misleading and I’ve also wasted money on postage

I already have the black and white Vans classics and live in them, so it seemed sensible to get the white version when I was looking for a trainer to wear with summer dresses. Sadly, lockdown means I haven't had chance to wear them out, but have been wearing them in the house... the comfort, fit and cool retro style I'd expect from Vans. Quick delivery too :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cambridge Grey from Decent plimsolls I love these plimsolls. Minimal and understated. Comfy to wear too. However, they get mucky quite quickly, so if you are a bit fussy and like to look pristine, you might want to consider the black ones rather than the white. Personally I prefer it when things begin to show a bit of wear and start to look loved in.

I had no problems in ordering or receiving them. I compared the price to a few other places and found them the cheapest here! I will be buying some more soon!!

I find Vans so much more comfy than Converse as Vans seem to be wider and I’ve always found Converse too narrow and they make your feet look really long! Now I have them in white to add to my collection and with 20% off, a real bargain!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BigManFlex from Classic vans. Bought these to go with some grey skinny jeans. The standard combo. Exactly what you come to expect from a pair of vans. Smart, no nonsense and versatile. Don't buy these if you're to walk long distances in them, the thin sole is noticeable but as a standard finish to any outfit,you can't go wrong.

However, I ordered next day delivery in the morning which was way before the required time to order them by for next day delivery and they didn't come til two days afterwards. So that was the only issues. But other than that they are really good!

I am very happy eith the delivery and timing of it. The price range is also very good and the quality of the product is amazing. So happy I purchased this item.
