I bought 2 sizes and both were not packaged as new. They didn't have tissue in the toe area and had not been wrapped properly in the office tissue paper, it was all scrunched up underneath the boots. One of the pairs had clearly been worn before as they had toe creases in them. They would appear eventually after wearing but when you are paying over a hundred pounds for a pair of boots it would be nice to have them unblemished.

Took them back to shop tried smaller size on fitted perfectly. But because my husband bought online they couldnt exchange in the store so thats the lack of a star. They could give me a refund but no exchange which i think is ridiculous really as just a straight swap. Got my refund easily no problem there. So will have to re-order so bit of a carry on really!

Only downside is that l need to buy some insoles as the inside is hard and doesnt look finished off. However got a good price in sale so this is a small thing. Come up slightly big but nothing a thicker pair of socks wont remedy. I Absolutely love these boots!

There in no shaping at the back of the heel and they just flop up and down. I’ve tried different thicknesses of socks but they keep being pulled down as the heels flop. Never thought I’d be writing a bad review for a pair of Docs 😢

The delivery service was shambolic and stressful. While not directly the fault of Office, the choice of courier would put me off buying from Office online in future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Varra from Love these boots I love these boots. They sre a bit stiff at first but they soon wear in . They are easy to get on and off as the buckles are adjustable. I have very wide feet and a high instsep and these boots are roomy enough to be comfortable for me without sizing up.. Love the colour too.
