Go one full size up.I’m a true UK 5/USA 7.5 and a UK 6/EU 39 fits me perfectly in the Cela. They are super bouncy, very wide in the toe, and good arch support, but they have a big platform which can feel heavy and clunky. The inside is lined with neoprene and is very warm.
